Key Responsibilities:
Pre-sales Support
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various communication channels such as Email, Hotline, Zalo, Social Media DMs,…
- Conduct initial KYC checks on incoming leads to validate quality and relevance.
- Assign verified leads to appropriate sales representatives based on criteria and availability.
- Maintain accurate lead records and ensure data consistency in CRM systems.
After-sales Support
- Provide support and information post-purchase promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Immediately escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Continuously update and manage customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Proactively updating information/knowledge about customer service.
- Track and report common customer feedback and share insights with the Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome – full training will be provided.
- Prior experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Administrative roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and highly responsible for performing tasks.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to follow Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 13:00 – 21:00 (1-hour dinner break included)
- Saturday morning: 8:00 – 12:00 (Remote)
- Required to work on-site at least 3 days per week (Monday to Friday), with flexibility to work remotely on remaining weekdays.
- Saturday morning shifts are required weekly and can be done remotely.
