Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, responsible for driving business development activities, including product promotion, order management, and customer support. You will engage with potential clients through multiple channels and build long-lasting relationships to foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute business-related tasks such as product introduction, order processing, and client support.
- Connect with potential clients through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Zalo, WhatsApp, Facebook, and leveraging networks built from previous roles or events like exhibitions and seminars.
- Conduct cold calling, emailing, and messaging via Zalo, WhatsApp, or Viber to introduce products and services to potential clients.
- Address client and partner inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide leadership with valuable market feedback regarding services, products, and competitive positioning.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, trade, import/export, or client relationship management.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
- A strong passion for sales, business development, trade, import/export, or customer engagement.
- Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, networking, or international business exposure.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS products, import/export, or logistics is an advantage (not required).
