– Handle and execute business-related tasks such as product introduction, order placement, and customer support.
– Reach out to potential clients via phone/email/messages on ZALO/WhatsApp/Viber to introduce products.
– Respond professionally and promptly to customer and partner inquiries.
– Maintain, build, and manage customer and partner relationships.
– Provide market feedback to company leadership on services, products, and competitive platforms.
Requirements
– Minimum 1-year experience in sales, business, trade, import/export, or customer connections.
– Proficient in English/Chinese.

– Advantageous skills include cold calling, cold emailing, good networking, or international business experience (not mandatory).
– IT/Import/Export/Shipping experience is a plus (not mandatory).
