Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients through various channels like LinkedIn, Zalo, WhatsApp, FB, previous networks, exhibitions, seminars, and events.
- Handle and execute business-related tasks such as product introduction, order placement, and customer support.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone/email/messages on ZALO/WhatsApp/Viber to introduce products.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer and partner inquiries.
- Maintain, build, and manage customer and partner relationships.
- Provide market feedback to company leadership on services, products, and competitive platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales, business, trade, import/export, or customer connections.
- Proficient in English/Chinese.
- Passionate about sales, business, trade, import/export, customer connections, and data.
- Advantageous skills include cold calling, cold emailing, good networking, or international business experience (not mandatory).
- IT/Import/Export/Shipping experience is a plus (not mandatory).
- Full-time position, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Location: 15th floor, TTC Tower, No. 19 Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
